Re: ALL CLEAR GIVEN – George Town Office re-opening.
The Cayman Islands Government, through The National Emergency Management Council, officially issued the ‘All Clear’ for all three of the Cayman Islands at 1pm for little Cayman and Cayman Brac and 6pm for Grand Cayman, Wednesday, 18 August 2021, with Topical Storm Grace - now a Category 1 storm – passing south of Grand Cayman.
The Maritime Authority of the Cayman Islands (Cayman Maritime) and the Cayman Islands Shipping Registry (Cayman Registry) office in George Town, Grand Cayman will re-open to the public on Friday 20 August 2021. Until this time, George Town staff will continue working remotely.
