1. BACKGROUND
1.1 A Week Number Rollover for some JRC equipment will occur on 08 September 2024.
1.2 This Week Number Rollover will reset the GPS “clock” back 19.6 years to 23 January 2005 in certain equipment.
1.3 Affected equipment may display erroneous date information and communication functions may not work properly.
1.4 Some equipment may require a software upgrade or to be replaced with a newer model.
