The amount of days people took off on sick leave from all departments of the Cayman Islands Government over the past 5 years. Please list each the amount for each year, and which departments those who took sick days, worked.

This is a broad request but may not involve all government agencies so I have confined the list to

ministries and department most likely to be impacted but I would be grateful if it could be

The Portfolio of the Civil Service is currently in the process of collecting contact information

from January 2007 to the present date.

Copies of bank credit card statements for individuals in your department that has held a

government/authority credit card during the period 2005 through 2012.
